With paid subscriptions you can go back and look for products added or inventory updates over a year or longer. With paid subscriptions, you can simply update your Action Dates via the calendar to go back a year or more.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"test-with-a-single-action-first\"><a href=\"https:\/\/help.kosmosesync.com\/kb\/lightspeed-creating-new-product-in-sellbrite-amazon-ebay-walmart-google-shopping#test-with-a-single-action-first\">#<\/a>&nbsp;<strong><em>Test with a single Action first<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Criteria to Create a New Product in Sellbrite from LightSpeed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.kosmosesync.com\/uploads\/inline_files\/image-1582238584572.png\" alt=\"file\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Create Simple Products &amp; Update Price (Send Standard Action)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The item was marked in LightSpeed for List Item on Sale on Web Store with a \u2018webstore\u2019 tag.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item has SKU in LightSpeed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item has a Weight in LightSpeed (not required)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item is Active in LightSpeed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item has a Product Name in LightSpeed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item has Inventory Value (Zero or higher) in LightSpeed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item has \u2018Online\u2019 Price Value (Zero or higher) in LightSpeed\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You should also create an \u2018Online Sale\u2019 to set sale prices online.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item has a Category in LightSpeed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product Description in LightSpeed (not required)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>List Item on Webstore &#8211; LightSpeed Web Store Module &#8211; It\u2019s Free!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Contact LightSpeed support via Chat and inquire about getting the Free webstore module for 3rd party integrations.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.kosmosesync.com\/uploads\/inline_files\/image-1540413069123.png\" alt=\"file\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Create Matrix Products &amp; Update Prices (Send Matrix Action)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>See creating standard items, plus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item has a Parent Product Name in LightSpeed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item has Parent Product Description in LightSpeed (not required)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Every child item SKU (variant) is marked with a &#8216;webstore&#8217; tag.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Matching Items &#8211; Matrix Parent Name must match POS and Sellbrite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>See the article \u2018<a href=\"\/index.php\/knowledge-base\/how-to-trigger-pos-product-updates\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">How to trigger point of sale updates for an integration.<\/a>\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Criteria to Sync Inventory with Existing Products:<\/strong>&nbsp;Run your inventory only Actions to update inventory to Sellbrite after a new product has been created. You will also need to update your inventory time stamp to trigger new inventory updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Sync inventory only Standard Products Action. (Send Standard Inventory Action)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Item has a new inventory time stamp in Lightspeed POS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item has a SKU in LightSpeed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item is Active in LightSpeed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item marked in LightSpeed for List Item on Sale on Web Store<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Sync inventory only Matrix Products Action. (Send Matrix Inventory Action)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Every child Item (variant) has a new Time Stamp in LightSpeed POS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Every child Item (variant) has a SKU in LightSpeed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Every child Item (variant) is Active in LightSpeed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Every child Item (variant) marked in LightSpeed for List Item on Sale on Web Store<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Note: The time stamp for creating products in LightSpeed is different from the time stamp to update inventory only in LightSpeed. So, running your Send Products Action after a sale in your POS will not update inventory.
