Create Simple Products &amp; Update Prices (Send Standard Action)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Item has been updated with a new database time stamp in POS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has a Loyverse SKU or Barcode<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item is Active in POS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item has a Product Name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item has Inventory Value (Zero or higher) in POS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item has a Price Value (Zero or higher) in POS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item has a Category in POS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product Description in POS (not required)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mapped Fields Include<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Name, Category, Sold by (each or weight), Price, SKU or Barcode, Inventory, Supplie, Variants (color and size) and Image.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Modifiers Coming Soon &#8211; Contact support for more information and the release schedule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Create Matrix Products &amp; Update Prices (Send Matrix Action)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Item has been updated with a new database time stamp in POS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has a Loyverse SKU or Barcode<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item is Active in POS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item has a \u2018Parent\u2019 Product Name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item has Inventory Value (Zero or higher) in POS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item has a Price Value (Zero or higher) in POS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item has a Category in POS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Price Sync (Send Matrix Action): The Matrix Parent Name must match POS and WooCommerce, as well as the Parent SKU.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Test creating a standard or Matrix product first and then view your eSyn Activity Logs next to the RUN button on our TASK. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Criteria to Sync Inventory with Existing Products<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Run your inventory actions to update inventory to WooCommerce after a new product has been created. You will also need to update your inventory time stamp for new inventory updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Sync inventory only Standard Products Action. (Send Standard Inventory Action)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Item has a new time stamp in POS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item has an SKU or Barcode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item is Active<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Sync inventory only Matrix Products Action. (Send Matrix Inventory Action)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Item has a new Time Stamp in POS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item has an SKU or Barcode in POS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item is Active<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: To test change a product price or inventory to update the item time_stamp in the POS database.
