With paid subscriptions you can go back and look for products added or inventory updates over a year or longer. With paid subscriptions, you can simply update your Action Dates via the calendar to go back a year plus if needed.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"test-with-a-single-action-first\"><a href=\"https:\/\/help.kosmosesync.com\/kb\/revel-bigcommerce-creating-new-products-and-updating-existing-products-inventory-price#test-with-a-single-action-first\">#<\/a>&nbsp;<strong><em>Test with a single Action first<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>First you\u2019ll need to create your categories in BigCommerce to match your Revel POS.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Criteria to Create a New Product in BigCommerce from Revel<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Create Matrix Products (Send Matrix Action)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Parent Item was recently updated with new product_time_stamp in Revel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All children Items have a SKU or Barcode in Revel matching BC SKU.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item marked in for 3rd Party in Revel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item is Active in Revel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item has a Parent Product Name &amp; Child Products in Revel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item has a Category in Revel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product Description in Revel (not required)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Note to test creating a new matrix product simply update the Parent item. For example just change the cost or price of the parent, hit save and all child items will create after you run your eSync Task.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.kosmosesync.com\/uploads\/inline_files\/image-1644951370486.png\" alt=\"file\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Criteria to Sync Inventory with Existing Products<\/strong>&nbsp;Run your inventory only Actions to update inventory to BigCommerce after a new product has been created. You will also need to update your inventory time stamp for new inventory product updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Sync inventory only Standard Products Action. (Send Inventory Levels Standard Action)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Item has a new time stamp in Revel POS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item has an SKU or Barcode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item is Active<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item marked for 3rd Party in Revel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item names match both Revel and BigCommerce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Sync inventory only Matrix Products Action.
