The Task is used to RUN actions in your task on demand or to schedule your Actions via a 5-minute or greater interval. Once the order is inserted into Clover the Action to Adjust Stock for Matching orders in Clover will then update your Clover inventory for the Shopify order and line items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>See Video Overview &#8211;&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/C2uRInW_q7o\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sync Shopify Orders to Clover and Update Inventory &#8211; Two-Way Inventory Sync<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: &#8220;The basic Shopify plan does not include PII (Personal Identifiable Information).&#8221; You must be on one of the higher plans to sync customer data to your CRM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Configure Each Action<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kosmoscentral.com\/imgs\/Shopify-Clover-Order-Configuration-Kosmos.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Click the Question Marks to learn how to configure your Action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.kosmosesync.com\/uploads\/inline_files\/image-1564170879630.jpg\" alt=\"file\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Adding a new or \u2018Online Payment\u2019 type.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Login to your Clover Web Portal, select Setup in the left menu and click Payments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the Add Tender button<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the new field enter Online payment for the tender name, make sure the Accepted check box is selected, and scroll down to click the Save button at the bottom of the screen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.kosmosesync.com\/uploads\/inline_files\/image-1564684061680.jpg\" alt=\"file\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the new tender type has been added to your account you can locate the Tender ID by logging into your Clover Web Portal and entering the following URL in your browser. Replace {my-account} with the merchant number for your Clover account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\nhttps:\/\/www.clover.com\/v3\/merchants\/{my-account}\/tenders\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the page load the Tender ID should appear above the name of your new tender type. See example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\nhttps:\/\/www.kosmoscentral.com\/imgs\/tooltips\/Clover-Tender-ID.png\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Next Actions must be adding in sequence into your TASK.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Shopify Send Customers to CloverIf the customer does not exist, eSync will create the Shopify customer in your POS. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shopify Send Orders to CloverThis will generate the Shopify order inside your Clover POS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clover find matching orders in Shopify and tag order as esyncExported This tag for ShopifyThe tag is needed to update Shopify and to avoid sending the order back to Clover and creating duplicate orders in your POS.See Example with all 3 Actions in the TASK<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.kosmosesync.com\/uploads\/inline_files\/image-1564170174456.jpg\" alt=\"file\">\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Now hit SAVE on your TASK and hit RUN to test.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.kosmosesync.com\/uploads\/inline_files\/image-1564171038774.jpg\" alt=\"file\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Open + Paid + Unshipped Orders (based on configuration) will be downloaded<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.kosmosesync.com\/uploads\/inline_files\/image-1565117288732.jpg\" alt=\"file\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Locate the Shopify order in the Clover POS with the Shopify Order ID<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.kosmosesync.com\/uploads\/inline_files\/image-1565117445967.jpg\" alt=\"file\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.kosmosesync.com\/uploads\/inline_files\/image-1565117333369.jpg\" alt=\"file\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>To prevent duplicates and the order from downloading again into the POS the TAG must be updated.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Now Locate the TAG \u2018esyncExported\u2019 for your Shopify order.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.kosmosesync.com\/uploads\/inline_files\/image-1565117531153.jpg\" alt=\"file\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Note two way inventory sync requires orders sync and item stock update based on Shopify orders created in Clover.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.kosmosesync.com\/uploads\/inline_files\/image-1649954911076.png\" alt=\"file\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Action name:<\/strong> Clover adjust item stock to match orders from Shopify, then tags orders as esyncExported.
