With paid subscriptions you can go back and look for products added or inventory updates over a year or longer. With paid subscriptions, you can simply update your Action Dates via the calendar to go back a year plus if needed.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Criteria to Sync Inventory with Existing Products<\/strong>\u00a0Run your inventory-only Actions to update the inventory to WooCommerce after a new product has been created. You will also need to update your inventory time stamp afterward to trigger new inventory updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>The Unique Identifier is the product SKU that ties the two systems together.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Sync inventory only Standard Products Action. (Send Standard Inventory Action)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Item has a new inventory_time_stamp in Lightspeed POS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item has a SKU in LightSpeed matching WooCommerce SKU<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item is Active in LightSpeed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item marked in LightSpeed for List Item on Sale on Web Store with \u2018webstore\u2019 tag.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.kosmosesync.com\/uploads\/inline_files\/image-1636756651997.png\" alt=\"file\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.kosmosesync.com\/uploads\/inline_files\/image-1636756685519.png\" alt=\"file\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Sync inventory only Matrix Products Action. (Send Matrix Inventory Action)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Item has a new inventory_time_stamp in LightSpeed POS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item has a SKU in LightSpeed matching WooCommerce SKU<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item is Active in LightSpeed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item marked in LightSpeed for List Item on Sale on Web Store with \u2018webstore\u2019 tag.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Note: The time stamp for creating products in LightSpeed is different from the time stamp to update inventory only in LightSpeed. So, running your Send Products Action after a sale in your POS will not update inventory. You will need to RUN your Update Inventory Levels Action in this case.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>To TEST or trigger Inventory Time Stamps, just change inventory for each SKU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Simply view your TASK Activity logs and Upload the Full log to a Support Ticket for further assistance.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.kosmosesync.com\/uploads\/inline_files\/image-1607710715772.png\" alt=\"file\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, see the following help article for list of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/help.kosmosesync.com\/kb\/esync-activity-log-list-of-common-http-status-codes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Activit Log messages<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Do you have decimals in your inventory (weighted items?) or non-integers?
