Trouble Shooting Tips
Q. I synced a Task. How long does it take to finish?
A. It depends on how many products you have to sync and how far back your Action Date stamp has been set. Normally a few minutes for 25 products, but could take a few hours for a 1000+ products. If this is the first time running your TASK wait 15 minutes and look to see if you have a new Activity Log.
Q. I hit the RUN button and nothing is happening.
A. If you did not get the Green Bar to complete and also an Acivity log to generate, then make sure you hit REFRESH in your browser. You will automatically be logged out every 30 minutes from the dashboard and if you attempt to use eSync nothing will happen. By refreshing your browser you’ll then see if you’re actually logged out of the eSync dashboard or not.
Q. I hit the Run button and now getting Waiting Message.
A. If you clicked the button twice, then there is a process that is running already. Try refreshing your browser in a few minutes and try again, then look for an Activity Log.
Q. My Activity log is not generating.
A. If your TASK Green Bar is running, close it out and hit Refresh in your Browser. Then RUN your Task on demand again. If you’re still unable to get an Activity Log please post a ticket in our support portal and we’ll review your account further.
Q. How do I know my schedule is running for my Task? A. Look at your Latest Sync time for the Activity Log. It will move forward each time a new sync initiates. If you set your schedule to run every 5 minutes, you’ll get a new Activity log time stamp 5 minutes later. See below example.
